Orders placed before 1pm PST Monday–Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends are processed the next business day.

International delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing. Sacred Hound is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Most domestic orders can be tracked at usps.com, fedex.com, or ups.com depending on the carrier assigned to your shipment.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Processing Times
Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days of your order being placed. During peak periods (holidays, sales events) processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
Pre-order and backorder items will ship as soon as they become available. Estimated availability dates are shown on individual product pages.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and make it right.
