Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns for all full-priced items purchased online for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are subject to a $6 processing fee. Full-price items purchased during a promotion are eligible for a refund or exchange.
Condition Requirements
All returned and exchanged merchandise must be unused, unworn, and without alterations. Sale items, gift cards, and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
International Orders
For international orders, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange through our portal. We are unable, however, to provide a return shipping label — please use the carrier of your choice to send the item back to us. Be aware that import taxes, tariffs, customs fees, or other charges may apply; Sacred Hound is not responsible for any of these charges. Be sure to indicate on the commercial invoice that this is a "return" to avoid delivery issues and delays to your refund or exchange.
