We process orders quickly! If you need to modify or cancel, contact us immediately at our contact page. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships, but we can't guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log into your account and view your order history for real-time tracking updates.

Yes! Gift wrapping is available at checkout for an additional fee. You can also include a handwritten gift message at no charge.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay installments for eligible orders.

Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship at a flat rate of $8.95. Expedited and overnight shipping are available at checkout.

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) and overnight shipping are available. Processing time is 1–2 business days before shipment.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping to additional countries is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition with tags attached. Sale items and personalized products are final sale. To initiate a return, visit our contact page.

To exchange an item, initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest turnaround. Contact us if you need assistance.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Each product page includes a sizing guide with measurements. We recommend measuring your dog's neck girth and chest girth for collars and harnesses. When in doubt, size up — most of our adjustable products accommodate a range of sizes.

Our products are carefully curated for safety and quality. We carry items from trusted brands that meet or exceed industry safety standards. Always supervise your dog during initial use of any new product.

Many of our products are suitable for all breeds, and we note breed-specific recommendations on product pages where applicable. Use the size guides and filters to narrow down the best options for your dog.

We only carry treats and food products from brands that prioritize quality ingredients and transparent sourcing. All edible products sold on our site meet AAFCO standards. Consult your vet if your dog has dietary restrictions.

Click the account icon in the top navigation and select "Create Account." You'll need an email address and password. Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and access your loyalty points.

Click the account icon, then "Forgot Password." Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Every purchase earns you points toward future rewards. You earn 1 point per dollar spent, and 100 points = $5 off your next order. Points never expire as long as your account remains active.

Log into your account and navigate to Account Settings to update your name, email, password, and saved addresses. Changes take effect immediately.
